Taste of Fresh Cake:Chocolate Gullac Recipe

4 piece rose petal
2.5 water glass milk
4 tablespoon sugar
3 tablespoon cocoa
one package liquid cream
one package cream
one package vanilla
one package chocolate milk (60gr)
one package dark chocolate (60gr)
one handful hazelnut


How to Make Chocolate Gullaç Recipe?
Add milk, sugar, cocoa, liquid cream and vanilla into the pot. Stir until it boils.
Once it boils, remove it from the stove. Add the chocolates into it. Melt the chocolates by stirring. Warm the sauce, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a temperature that does not burn your hands.

Once the sauce has cooled, prepare the Güllaç leaves you cut according to the container you want to make. Add some of the sauce to the bowl, then place a few gullaç leaves.

Pour the sauce and place the Güllaç leaves. Arrange half of the Güllaç leaves like this.
Add the ingredients you want in the middle. (Hazelnuts, pistachios, walnuts, chocolate chips, etc.) Wet the remaining Güllaç leaves and arrange them. Let the ready-made rose pudding rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour.

Güllaç leaves should absorb the liquid mixture and swell. Serve by decorating and slicing the chocolate pudding and enjoy.
