Alexander McQueen will scent homes with his first candle collection

British luxury fashion house Alexander McQueen combines fashion with fragrance by launching its first candle collection. Three different candle types in the McQueen collection are named Ghost Flower, Pagan Rose and Savage Bloom.

British fashion house Alexander McQueen is getting ready to make homes smell sweet with its first candle collection consisting of three scents. The candle series includes the scents Ghost Flower, Pagan Rose and Savage Bloom, which the brand says are inspired by the ‘juxtaposition of light and dark, innovation and tradition, strength and fragility’.

Each candle in the collection was designed by a different perfumer. Ghost Flower; Contrasting patchouli with fresh freesia and peony, Pagan Rose builds on the tension between fragile wild rose and earthy peat. Savage Bloom, on the other hand, has notes of tuberose and oud.

Collection; It draws inspiration from the brand’s storytelling nature, with each candle housed in an egg-shaped black lacquered glass with a silver, black or gold metal lid. The glass is presented in a wooden case.

All products in the collection; It is made from a mixture of black mineral waxes and rapeseed wax. The candles, each priced at $395, can be purchased at select Alexander McQueen stores and online.
