Roast with Cheese Sauce

Ingredients for Roast with Cheese Sauce Ingredients
for Meatballs 1 kilo of minced meat for meatballs
1 egg yolk
1 glass of bread stuffing – panko
Salt
Black Pepper
Cumin
1 egg white – for topping
Ingredients for Stuffing
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 green village peppers
2 red capias pepper
10 – 15 mushrooms
2 – 3 cloves of garlic
1 cup peas – frozen
1 – 2 handfuls of walnuts
Salt
Black
Pepper Cheese Ingredients for the Sauce
200 ml. cream
200 gr. full fat ezine white cheese

For the stuffing;
Put your pan on the stove, add olive oil and heat it.
Add the peppers you cut into small cubes to your pan and sauté.
Add the diced mushrooms and finely chopped garlic and continue sautéing.
Add salt and pepper and mix.
When the mushrooms soften, add peas and finely chopped walnuts and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Set the ready stuffing aside and cool it.

For meatballs;
Put minced meat, egg yolk, bread crumbs, salt, black pepper and cumin into a mixing bowl and knead for 10 minutes.
Place the meatball mixture between two pieces of baking paper and roll it out into a rectangle approximately 1 cm thick.
Remove the wax paper on it.
Spread the stuffing you prepared onto the long side of the meatballs, centering them slightly.
Starting from the long edge of the meatball, roll it with the help of wax paper.
Brush it with egg white using a brush and wrap it again with wax paper.
Cover it with smart aluminum foil or baking paper, then aluminum foil, and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes.
Take the meatballs out of the oven, remove the paper, put them back in the oven and bake for 10 – 15 minutes.

For the cheese sauce;
Take the cream into your sauce pot and heat it.
Add the white cheese that you shredded with your hand to the heated cream and bring it to a sauce consistency by stirring continuously for 10 minutes over low heat.

To combine;
Slice the roast that you have cooked and let rest for a while and place it on a serving plate.
Pour the cheese sauce you prepared on top and serve.
