Homemade Cosmic Brownies

Today we will talk about brownie , or brownie as we generally write it. Because it contains less flour, its consistency is very different from the cakes and desserts we know . The consistency of this delicious recipe , in which the taste of chocolate is clearly felt, is slightly moist. It does not leave a dry taste in your mouth while eating. The biggest mistakes made when making brownies are adding too much flour and baking for a long time. Let us explain to you the tips and tricks of making a cake . Bon appetit in advance!

Ingredients for the Perfect Original Brownie Recipe
150 grams of butter
260 grams of dark chocolate (the cocoa content of the chocolate I used is 57%. Be careful to use chocolate with a high cocoa content) (you can also use milk chocolate. My preference is dark chocolate.)
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup flour
1 packet of vanilla
1.5 tablespoons of cocoa

How to Make Perfect Original Brownie Recipe?

We cut 150 grams of butter into small pieces and melt them. Be careful not to overheat the butter.
Then we cut 260 grams of dark chocolate into small pieces.
You can also use milk chocolate instead of dark chocolate. Or you can use 130 grams of milk chocolate and 130 grams of dark chocolate. The brownie you make with dark chocolate will be more delicious and fluffy.
We put the melted butter into the mixing bowl and add the chocolate we cut into small pieces.
As soon as you add the chocolate, start melting it in the butter by stirring. If the butter cools down and the chocolate does not melt, you can place a mixing bowl over a pot of hot water and melt your chocolate. Melt the chocolate by stirring until it reaches the consistency of sauce.
Immediately afterwards, we take 3 eggs and 1 glass of granulated sugar into another bowl and whisk them quickly for 1-2 minutes.
Then, we add the chocolate butter mixture to the egg-sugar mixture, little by little, while mixing.
Please use the ingredients in the quantities I specified to achieve the consistency. It is very important that you follow the recipe for its consistency.
After the chocolate is thoroughly mixed, we sift 1 cup of flour and add it to the mixture. Then we sift and add 1 pack of vanilla.
Finally, we sift and add 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa. Be sure to sift the flour, vanilla and cocoa.
After adding all the ingredients, we mix the flour, vanilla and cocoa thoroughly into the dough with a spatula. While doing this, you should use a spatula and mix the dough by pushing it from the sides to the top.
After making sure that the flour, vanilla and cocoa are thoroughly mixed, we spread the dough into a thirty-by-twenty baking tray covered with wax paper. Instead of thirty-by-twenty baking tray, you can also use twenty-by-twenty square baking tray.
Immediately afterwards, we flatten the dough and bake it in a preheated 160 degree fanless oven for 30-35 minutes until the top of our brownie cracks. Baking time may vary from oven to oven.
We let our baked brownie rest at room temperature for about 1 hour. The rested brownie will be easier to separate from the wax paper.
Remember that as you let it rest, our brownie will become gauzy on top. You can slice and serve your dessert as you wish. My advice to you is to let it rest at room temperature for 1 night.
