For the Dough:
250 gram butter
one piece egg
1/2 tea cup milk
one tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon yogurt
one water glass powdered sugar
one water glass corn starch
one package baking powder
one package vanillin
4 water glass Fame

Peel the apples, grate them and add them to the pan. Roast over medium heat until the water is absorbed.

Add cinnamon and sugar on it.

Finally, add the chopped walnuts, remove from the stove and leave aside to cool.

Add softened butter, eggs, vinegar, milk and yoghurt at room temperature to a deep bowl and mix.

Add flour, starch, baking powder, vanillin and powdered sugar and knead until you get a dough that does not stick to the hand.

Divide the dough into pieces and roll them out using a rolling pin.

Make scratches in the dough.

Put the apple mixture in the opposite direction of the scratches. Wrap it in a roll shape.

Place the cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
