A female teacher who locked her 11-year-old student in the classroom during break times and harassed him was arrested in Russia

Anna’s lawyer, who was arrested after the incident was revealed, stated that crimes committed against children are punished with heavy penalties in the country.

Anna harassed her student by forcing him to touch her breasts and genital area.

Anna, who was arrested after it was revealed that she harassed her student, is facing up to 20 years in prison.

Allegedly, after Anna harassed her student, she locked her student in the classroom many times during breaks and kissed her student.

It was determined that Anna also tried to communicate with her student via text message and sent nude photos to her student. After seeing the messages, the student’s mother reported the situation to the school administration and the police.

Detained by the police, Anna was arrested. Making a statement about the incident, Lawyer Ilya Rusev said:

“In our country, as a rule, crimes committed against children are punished with very severe penalties, so he will most likely receive a harsh but fair punishment. A child of this age is not only not yet fully mature, but may also not be fully aware of what he has done.

“After all, such actions can cause psychological trauma in children. The law determines an age of consent for this purpose; in our country, this age is 16.”

Plaksyuk received his teaching qualification three years ago. But Rusev added that his alleged misdeeds meant he was “no longer suitable” for the industry.

“This is incompatible with educational activities and demonstrates ignorance of the child’s basic psychology,” he added.
