BREAKFAST
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 slice of cheese (30 g)
- 2 dried apricots
- 2 walnuts
LUNCH
- 150 grams of grilled meat, chicken or fish
- A large bowl of salad with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and lemon juice.
Snack
- 2 medium-sized dates + 2 walnuts
EVENING MEAL
1 day
- 150 grams of grilled meat, chicken or fish

2nd and 3rd day evening
- 1 bowl of baked zucchini or cauliflower + 4 tablespoons of yoghurt + 2 walnuts on top
