Rich chocolate cupcake

(1 sb = 250 ml)

• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 packet of baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 1 water glass measure of oil
• 1 glass of water Milk
• 100 g chocolate

Mix flour, cocoa and baking powder. Heat the milk, add the chopped chocolates while it is hot and melt it by stirring to get a chocolate milk. Beat the eggs and sugar on high speed of the mixer. When it turns a light yellow color, add the oil and mix for a few more seconds. Add the chocolate milk and then the flour mixture. Divide into muffin molds and decorate with additional chocolate. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25-30 minutes until it rises and the inside is cooked. Enjoy your meal.
