The soft pudding attracts attention with its light taste and balances its flavor with caramel sauce. This elegant dessert, which you can easily prepare, promises pleasure in every spoonful. It will be a great dessert alternative for your tea time, dinner or lunch coffee.

Caramel Cup Dessert Ingredients:
5 cups of milk
5 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
2 tablespoons wheat starch
1 egg yolk
1 packet of vanilla
1 pack of milk cream
For the caramel:
1 glass of sugar
1 pack of cream
For the above:
2 tablespoons pureed pistachios
2 tablespoons of powdered hazelnuts

Preparation of Caramel Cup Dessert:

Cook milk, flour, granulated sugar and egg, stirring constantly, until it reaches a thick consistency.
Add vanilla, stir and remove from heat.
To prepare the caramel, put the granulated sugar in the pot and, without stirring, wait over medium heat until the sugar melts completely and turns dark.
Then mix it 1-2 times with a wooden spoon, add the cream and continue mixing. When it reaches a smooth consistency, remove it from the stove.
After the pudding has cooled, whisk it with the cream and divide it equally into serving bowls.
Add the caramel sauce on top.
Decorate it with powdered hazelnuts and pistachios and serve it warm or cold by keeping it in the fridge for a while. Enjoy your meal!
